Thank you for your patience while we looked into the impact of the Furnace issue. At this point in time, we are still discussing how best to manage the players that have benefitted. As this is our first time managing a situation like this, we want to take the time to ensure we don’t inadvertently penalize players who did not realize there was a bug. For players that did not benefit from the issue, we are working on a compensation package and will have more details on that soon.
