Pomona here! Previously, I told you that there would be important updates to come in 2024. Today, we get to let you in on something pretty exciting that we’ve been cooking in the background!
We’re partnering with our sister studio, eRepublik Labs, to bring Rise of Firstborn to the next level 🐉
This collaboration between Stillfront studios unlocks the potential for new features, new content, and effective advertising. Content design, community development, and marketing – they’re helping to bring a fresh perspective and expert knowledge to all things Rise of Firstborn!
The eRepublik team is currently learning more about the game and how things are run on the backend. As I’ve alluded to before, RFB is an incredibly complex system with a steep learning curve and your patience with their process of catching up is extremely appreciated! In the next stages of collaboration, the eRepublik team will focus mainly on game stability, recruiting new players, and enticing returning Lords to come back to join us while also lending us a hand with new content and feature development.
To make sure we’re on the same page with where general feedback currently sits regarding what is needed in RFB, I’d like to share some of our team’s very top priorities:
1. Work hard to ensure consistent gameplay stability
2. Introduce fun, novel and accessible features
3. Encourage competitive gameplay through event and PvP updates
4. Protect and support both the new and veteran player experience
5. Advertise and market the game to grow our community of players
With these priorities in mind, we’re planning the development roadmap as one big team, KIX and eRepublik combined; united with the focus of giving this game the respect and care it deserves. From the KIX team side, I can say that we are very optimistic and excited about what will be possible with the support provided by eRepublik and Stillfront. We hope you’ll feel that way too!
