On August 24th, @ 6:50 PM PDT, Rise of Firstborn will be undergoing a two-hour maintenance to remove excessive resources gained from the Furnace Event. The game will be inaccessible during the maintenance period.
The following account changes will be made:
- All resources gained directly from the Furnace issue will be withdrawn. This specifically focuses on resources gained via items that were not normally usable in the Furnace.
- Balances for any resources will NOT go below 0.
- Troops trained via resources gained from the Furnace issue will be removed.
- All resources spent in Furnace during the issue will be returned in the same quantities.
- Resources gained through any other methods (regular gameplay, normal Furnace usage, items purchased, etc.) will not be impacted.
Manual reviews of the top offenders will occur to ensure that the correct quantities are adjusted. If you believe an error has been made, please reach out to our Customer Support team and they will work with you to address any issues.
